Putin: Rusia va a demostrar que los recientes huracanes fueron creados con geoingeniería
El presidente ruso, Vladimir Putin, dijo la fecha en que planea revelar que el gobierno de Estados Unidos diseñó con geoingeniería la reciente oleada de huracanes, que devastaron grandes zonas de Estados Unidos.
Putin ha estado observando las imágenes tomadas por el satélite meteorológico ruso Elektro-L No.1.

Según fuentes del Kremlin, Putin lanzará las imágenes de satélite en Navidad.

Pero la geoingeniería es una práctica bien establecida.
